In the world of management education, after first two semesters every management student is confused with the decision of their specialisation like which stream is best suited for them, choosing a specialization is the only question that keeps creeping in the brains of MBA students. Here we are giving some practical advice on what points should one keep in mind while selecting the area of specialization, these are the few points that student must consider:-

Students with commerce background can ideally go for a finance specialization. The arts background may be more suited for the human resource management discipline.
Your Personality Type: Your own personality type, i.e. an introvert vs. an extrovert personality type and the personal interests should also be taken into consideration.
